A bit of history...
It was 1953 when Peppino Polara started his company in the south-east of Sicily and produced his first gassosa . The history of Bibite Polara began more than sixty years ago, thanks to the expert mix of bubbles, Sicilian flavors and innovation capacity. A winning recipe, thanks to which the Modica company has now expanded the boundaries of its distribution, presiding over the various segments of the soft drink market, to the point of becoming one of the most important companies in the beverage sector in Sicily , southern Italy and the Mediterranean area.
In the renovated Modica factory, Polara continues to produce soft drinks with artisanal methods but with modern, safe equipment capable of offering the highest quality to consumers. Thus, the vintage line has recently been added to the already vast production range - for GdO and Horeca : the soft drinks of the past, those of the early 50s, born from an Ancient Recipe, preserved and handed down from generation to generation.
