All products on the bottega27.com website can be shipped to Italy, San Marino, Switzerland, Europe and Malta.
Express Shipping in 24/72h in Italy: €5.90 (excluding glass drinks, read below to find out more).
FREE Shipping to Italy FOR ORDERS OVER €49.00 (different conditions apply to Glass Drinks, as described below).
Shipping conditions for *GLASS DRINKS.
For products such as glass drinks, the free shipping condition exceeding the threshold of €49.00 CANNOT be applied ; Bottega27 undertakes to ALWAYS apply a discount of €5.90 on the total cost of the EXPRESS SHIPPING service WITH 100% INSURANCE as follows:
- From 0.001 to 10kg at €7.90 instead of €13.80
- From 10,001 to 18kg at €8.90 instead of €14.80
- From 18.001 to 30kg at €11.10 instead of €16.80
- From 30.001 to 35kg at €14.10 instead of €20.00
- From 35.001 to 40kg at €18.10 instead of €24.00
- From 40.001 to 50kg at €22.10 instead of €28.00
- From 50kg we consider shipping on pallet to be agreed with the customer
IMPORTANT : in cases where glass beverage products are combined with other products (chocolate, biscuits, pasta, legumes, etc.) the shipping condition that will prevail will be the one described above (*shipping for GLASS DRINKS)
We use the services of SDA Express, BRT for our shipments (if there are courier preferences between these two indicated, please make it present as soon as the order is completed).
For fresh pastry products (Cannoli, Cassate, Ricotta vaccina…) in isothermal packaging with ice, we use the services of SDA Express and BRT. The shipment of these products IN SUMMER is possible ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY in Italy (due to the risk of product damage due to high temperatures),
IMPORTANT : IN SUMMER for chocolate it is strongly recommended to purchase the isothermal box with ice to preserve the product (the recommended option will appear in the cart, just one click to add the box); if the box is not selected by the customer, we will ship the products without summer packaging. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO ADD THE BOX DUE TO EXTREMELY HOT WEATHER CONDITIONS.

Order preparation and processing times vary from 24 to 72 hours: this depends on the product chosen and any production times (especially for fresh products or biscuits). The time indicated is therefore not to be considered strictly binding.
Shipping food is a serious matter and we at Bottega27 make sure that the products are packaged properly to preserve their integrity and goodness in every way.
Procedure to follow in case of damage to the package by the courier
CASE 1: THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO THE RECIPIENT: Once you have received the damaged package, take and send us photos of the outside of the package, the inside and then of the individual damaged products so that we can have evidence to attach to the compensation request that we will take care of. Once you have sent us the photographic evidence of the damaged package, the customer can decide WHETHER TO REQUEST A NEW SHIPMENT OF THE ORDER WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COST (which will take place in 3/5 working days) or A FULL REFUND OF THE ORDER which will be handled in 24/72h by paying the sum on the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, receiving it within the banking terms set by the reference bank. IF THE PAYMENT WAS MADE BY BANK TRANSFER, the refund will be made on the IBAN that the recipient must provide by email to info@bottega27.com or to newsletter@bottega27.com
CASE 2: THE PACKAGE IS NOT DELIVERED TO THE RECIPIENT BUT IS SENT BACK TO THE SENDER: The entire problem will be handled directly and completely by us by opening a compensation request. Once the request has been started, the customer can decide WHETHER TO REQUEST A NEW SHIPMENT OF THE ORDER WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COST (which will take place in 3/5 working days) or A FULL REFUND OF THE ORDER which will be handled in 24/72 hours. The sum will be credited to the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, receiving it within the banking terms established by the reference bank. IF THE PAYMENT WAS MADE BY BANK TRANSFER, the refund will be made on the IBAN that the recipient must provide by email to info@bottega27.com or to newsletter@bottega27.com
CASH ON DELIVERY AND RETURN
Most of the products that can be purchased on Bottega27 are very delicate food products with expiry dates and particular and often very restrictive storage conditions which do not allow us to accept payment on delivery .
Furthermore, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal , but in the event of a well-founded problem highlighted by the customer, the Bottega27 team will be ready to assist and try in every way to resolve any problem encountered.
