The Savoy cake is a refined and very tasty dessert, a cake made up of a series of thin layers of sponge cake alternated with the same number of chocolate and hazelnut cream.

58% pure chocolate (minimum 58% cocoa), 33% hazelnut, sugar
FROSTING: cocoa minimum 20%, sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel, coconut, palm), low-fat cocoa 10/12, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, lactose, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavourings.

Once opened, Torta Savoia should be kept at room temperature, away from sources of heat, closed in a bag or in the box provided.
